Thinking about bringing your best furry friend along? Here are a few facts to keep in mind:

• Dreams’ dog policy requires dogs to be under 22 lbs.(10 kgs.)
• No more than one dog is permitted in any guest room
• Dogs are only allowed in designated dog area(s) of the hotel grounds. Dogs are not allowed in the pool, fitness center, spa, retail shops, golf facilities, or on the beach
  • Dogs will be allowed in certain restaurants that have a terrace or an outside area. These select restaurants will supply available dog bowls for food and water
• Dogs may not be left alone in a guest room longer than two hours at a time or overnight – guests must show the provided “Dog Friendly Room” door hanger when leaving their animal alone in the room
• All dogs must be on a controlled leash at all times or in a dog carrier when not in a guest room
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog on resort grounds and properly disposing of waste in designated areas
• Room cleaning services will only be completed if the guest is present with the dog to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort!

Please note:  the number of dog-friendly rooms on property is capacity controlled and only available upon request prior to arrival by contacting the resort’s reservations department. The small dog program does not apply to certified services animals as required by law.

Explorer’s Club for Kids – Open: 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. Created especially for youngsters, the club is fully and professionally supervised and filled with adventures and activities that they will enjoy and treasure for a lifetime, while giving parents time on their own to spend vacation time their way. Time flies by with daily activities based around nature, science and exploration. Once a week, the Explorer’s Club offers a camping adventure on the beach as well! They’ll make new friends from around the world, while parents reconnect with each other. Parents, we can even provide dinners for your kids when you want to enjoy a romantic evening alone! (Please note that the entire Explorer’s Club staff is American Red Cross certified, both in CPR and First Aid, and parents get a pager should they be needed for any reason.)

Core Zone Teens Club – Open: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. The Core Zone Teens Club allows teenagers ages 13-17 to cut loose and really have the time of their lives. The Core Zone features nightly entertainment, daily activities and a vast array of sports and games. Nightly social events, held from 8:30 until Midnight, feature weekly bonfires and Disco mixers, are held for teens to make new friends, connect with those they are with and have an overall good time. The resort’s Entertainment Team is there to ensure safety and responsibility while the teens take part in all the activities that are offered. Not only is the Core Zone a great place for teens, but it also allows parents to have time of their own.
